Film photography is where I got my start. While studying fine art photography at UNC-CH, I completely fell in love with shooting film and developing in an analog color darkroom. I adore the time it takes to compose, meter and create an image with film. I love the feel of the mechanical shutter opening and closing when you press the shutter release. Negatives are just divine when held up to sunlight.
Film is where my heart is and over the next year I will be incorporating film into my portrait and wedding business. If you are a lover of analog and would like to be one of my subjects, please drop me a line.
Gear: I currently shoot on a 1960’s Nikkormat 35mm and a Mamiya C330 medium format with 120 roll film.
